Request type, project or act, client/company, business contact, event/project date, venue or city, a short brief, desired result and budget range.
For live work we also collect call time, performance time, duration, audience, travel, accommodation, PA/backline and technical contact.
For production work we collect format, deliverables, references, deadline and rights/use.
For tour support we collect routing, number of dates, team size and the responsibility split.
